The Draenai costume I made and wore for DragonCon 2010, along with Xero's Sister Benedron!

I airbrushed myself (someone did between my shoulder blades for me, I couldn't reach them), and probably inhaled a 1/2 gallon of paint. I cut out the scales for it during the trilogy of Lord of the Rings UNCUT and I still had to cut more after I ran out! Still, I love my horns and tail! I also made the wings for Benedron for Lisa! :)

Hey there
i've got a question regarding the golden details on the end of the skirt. How did you tackle that part ?
Did you use craft foam and then just glued it on the fabric ?

Sure! I used high heel boots (like go go girl boots!) and just built the hoof shape around it! :)

I know you've gotten a million compliments on them already, but I gotta say your creativity to make those boots look like hooves is fantastic! Best draenai outfit I've seen to date (and I have cosplaying friends who've done the draenai thing too so that's saying something :D)
